I had to phone in and put my ticket on hold because I wouldn't have made it in time.Luckily for me we did manage to make use of other transport and I called in to reschedule, it wasn't even 30 min and I got my new ticket. As for the journey...The bus drivers were trying their utmost best to be punctual but due to passengers being late at pickup points and the one flat tire,they only did what they could. They say first impressions last...well intercape I would say it was a fairly good impression
