Recientemente, mi madre realizo un viaje con ellos y le cobraron un monto adicional sin justificación porque el pasaje estaba en el mismo precio. Cuando intenté explicar mi situación y pedir un cambio de boleto por motivos de velorio, me encontré con una falta de comprensión y empatía por parte del personal mi madre tiene 65 años y no lo tuvieron en cuenta de que ella en ese momento estaba afectada y solo solicito viajar en el tiempo que se puede cambiar o pedir el desembolso del viaje para comprar uno nuevo. Además, cuando pedí hablar con un supervisor o alguien que pudiera ayudarme, me negaron dar el nombre del funcionario responsable. Esto me parece inaceptable y muestra una falta de transparencia y responsabilidad por parte de la empresa. En general, mi experiencia con Expreso Bolivariano fue negativa y no recomendaría sus servicios a nadie. Espero que tomen medidas para mejorar su atención al cliente y revisar sus políticas de cobro.
