As I was travelling in the bus (8113) , I later noticed that there was water on the floor. I was puzzled , not knowing where the water came from . At first I thought maybe it was from bottle that was in my plastic with food- that it had leaked but the water kept on accumulating. I showed one of the drivers and explained to him that this water also spoiled my food . This driver didn’t explain to me where the water came from and only brought plastic. Later I showed the other driver and he explained that it was the bus air-con. I was really disappointed that I had to travel all the way from Pretoria to East London uncomfortable - with water on the floor - water which spoiled my food . Some were even complaining that the bus was reeking of urine . What a bad service !!!
