They advertise Intercape branded bus which will be clean and an hour before your ... They advertise Intercape branded bus which will be clean and an hour before your trip they send you a text message saying it MIGHT BE BRANDED BIGSKY. I feel I have a right to be given what I had purchased, something they clearly do not care about. This BIG SKY of theirs is not what I opted for. The toilet smell was too much, I felt like I was in the toilet the entire trip. This is honestly the last time I am travelling with Intercape or a BigSky or whatever they call it. The charging ports were not even working where I was seated. Horrible experience.
