Lo peor siempre e viajado con Alsa y magnífico está vez no conseguí pasajes y me tuve que ir en esta linea de bus, de Barcelona a San Sebastián a las 22:00 p.m del domingo, llevaba mi maleta de queipaje y otra pequeña siempre la subo conmigo pues vamos en la última fila, está vez en monbus no me dejaron subir mi equipaje de mano, el conductor un grosero mal educado gritando señora que no, que aquí mando yo, cuando compré el boleto me dijeron que si podría ingresa con ella y colocarla arriba pues este conductor abusivo grosero y asqueroso porque mientras hablaba bueno gritaba tenía y Cigarrillo en la boca y fumaba en mi cara mientras gritaba y me decía que ahí mandaba él, ni la chica de taquilla donde compré el pasaje y que hiciera lo que yo quiera pero ahí manda él, aparte cuando íbamos entrando le gritaba a los pasajeros, manejaba horrible el bus comenzó a sonar y oler como si hubiera quemado los frenos de tanto frenar, veníamos con las luces encendidas en todo el recorrido hasta Donostia, gracias a Dios en la primera parada él chofer se quedó y tuvimos la suerte de tener otro chófer el cuál fue amable en todo el camino y el bus dejó de sonar y er a quemado. El autobús estaba sucio los asientos no se reclinaban y la mesilla estaban rotas.De verdad es la primera y última vez que uso esa línea no la recomiendo para nada. Le doy una estrella porque no puedo menos y por el segundo chófer porque sino sería menso que menos.
