Our bus arrived to bus station at 01 pm. I'm Portuguese resident and don't understand Bulgarian( for tourist country I think it's not a problem). The bus driver told very quickly where we had to put our luggage and I didn't understand at once . He started to shout loudly and constantly repeated that he was tired of foreigners, specially russian speakers. Than he took my bag and threw onto luggage rack carelessly(the bag is not cheap). At your site you haven't any mention that your trips are just for Bulgarian. I'm really upset, because this episode ruined all my good impressions of your country. I consider the driver's behaviour very offensive and discriminative.
