Compramos el billete en esta compañía, COPETRAN, para viajar desde San Gil hasta Cartagena y al adquirir los mismos nos informaron que la llegada a Cartagena con salida de San Gil a las 05 p.m. era a las 07 a.m., ósea 14 horas de viaje, además de que solo paraba para dejar y recoger viajeros en las terminales autorizadas. Un timo, un engaño, una gran mentira, tardamos en el viaje 20 horas metidos en el bus, paro más de 25 veces y a nadie se le cae la cara de vergüenza. En cualquier otro país estarían los responsables en la cárcel. Quisimos poner una queja y COPETRAN nos mandó a paseo. No recomendable.
