My drop of point is Woodlands Checkpoint. This driver always like to ask passenger if we prefer to go by Tuas Checkpoint after we have toilet break. First time i took his bus was last year, he told us Woodlands Checkpoint very jam due to many private vehicle but we not agreed with him and he has no choice. That day, the bus went in Woodlands Checkpoint smoothly. Second time I took his bus, he do the same thing told us in Woodlands Checkpoints hall got many people, take longer time to clear custom. We insisted to go by Woodlands Checkpoint. Last Sunday, he again do the same arrangements. He told us Woodlands Checkpoints jam seriously and 8.30 am bus still haven't reached the custom. So most of the passengers agreed to go by Tuas Checkpoints. I told him, this arrangement not convenience for us who drop at Woodlands. First, we don't have SG small notes and coins and Malaysia bus card to take public transport (CW) at Tuas Checkpoints. Second he not allowed to drop us at nearby MRT station. He told us we have to settle ourselves!! After Msia custom, some of the passenger negotiated with him to drop us at nearby MRT station. Then only he agreed. What's the purpose i buy my ticket to Woodlands? I never came across other bus driver doing this arrangement. I want to know if 707 co allow the driver to anyhow change drop of point without the mgmt knowledge?Last Sunday really a unpleasant journey to me. When i saw this driver at 707 Hub, i already knew that what will happen to passenger who suppose to drop at Woodlands Checkpoint. Since this driver doesn't like to go by Woodlands, 707 Inc should arrange for him to drive via Tuas Checkpoints. Appreciate the mgt of 707 Inc. to look into this matter and please do not cause any inconvenience to the passenger who drop at Woodlands. Last Sunday i took abt 1.5 hrs from Tuas Link to reach my home.
