Esperamos durante más de 3 horas en la intemperie, expuestos a riesgos de seguridad, sin que nadie nos informara sobre el retraso o la cancelación del bus. Finalmente, decidimos volver a casa y perder el dinero del viaje. Al día siguiente, fui a la oficina de Expreso del Sur a reclamar y pedir el reembolso de los pasajes. Allí me encontré con otras personas que habían tenido experiencias similares. La empresa finalmente accedió a devolver el dinero, pero la experiencia en sí fue muy negativa. No recomiendo a nadie utilizar los servicios de Expreso del Sur. La empresa no cumple con los horarios y no es capaz de informar a los pasajeros sobre los cambios o cancelaciones. Es una empresa irresponsable que no se preocupa por la seguridad y el bienestar de sus clientes.

Baño más asqueroso no había visto y eso es culpa de la gente q sube tb, Porq no respetan q es solo de emergencia, pero una limpiadita, no le cuesta nada al asistente, que no se vio más en todo el viaje. Bus congeladisimo, la excusa, que no pueden bajar el aire Porq arriba no se enfría, mientras en el segundo piso están a buen Clima, en el 1er piso estamos todos congelados. Chófer cree que pilotea un avión porque vuela por la carretera. Y los precios no son nada económico para el servicio pauperrimo qué prestan, Lvergrañma, nunca más

Compre 4 pasajes Santiago -Temuco para las 22 hrs.del día 20 de octubre. A las 19 hrs del mismo día a través de un email informan de la suspensión de la salida del bus. A las 18 hrs del día 21 no ha ... Compre 4 pasajes Santiago -Temuco para las 22 hrs.del día 20 de octubre. A las 19 hrs del mismo día a través de un email informan de la suspensión de la salida del bus. A las 18 hrs del día 21 no han hecho devolución y más aún por cada pasaje no nos pagarán $600 menos. Como también ninguna razón de la suspensión del viaje. No hay cómo comunicarse, hay un teléfono que no responden.

Iba desde Santiago a Temuco , el día 27-07-2024, en un bus que supuestamente salía a las 22:30 , el bus pese a llegar antes de la hora estimada ,partió tipo 22:55. Según mi pasaje se demoraba 7 horas ... Según mi pasaje se demoraba 7 horas y media ( 6:00 am hora de llegada) , lo cual estuvo muy lejos de cumplirlo tipo 7:15 ( 1 hora y cuarto extra) yo creo que pasaron por el terminal rodoviario de Temuco ,y digo creo puesto que no me avisaron que había llegado a Temuco . Me tuve que bajar en imperial( 7 :40) puesto que no me cuadraba dónde estaba . Pesimo servicio por dónde se le mire,por supuesto que no lo recomiendo
